Chapter 52. Uneasy
Cristine's POV
"You may now kiss the bride," the priest said, and we all clapped our hands at the newlywed.
I'm so happy that she finally found the one for her. I can see how happy they are with each other, and I could say that her name really suits her because she gave joy to everyone around her.
After that, they took pictures with her family. Joy's eyes landed on me.
"Cristine! Come here; let's have a picture!" she said.
I smiled and walked toward them.
"Sir Aron, join us!"
I looked at him, who was still sitting while watching us. When our eyes met, I was the one who averted my gaze. I still can't forget what he said to me earlier.
I positioned myself beside Joy, and Aron went beside me. It was an awkward feeling because he was so close to me that I could feel his breath on my head.
"Okay, smile!" the photographer said before he clicked the shutter button.
"It's time to know the next bride!" Simon shouted.
