Chapter 63. The Letter
Aron's POV
"Please come in," Haraya said when she opened the door of their house.
When we stepped inside, I roamed my eyes inside. It's neither that small nor that big. The furniture is complete, and the theme was cream and white.
"I'm just going to prepare the food." Haraya went to the kitchen.
"Have a seat. We'll just call you when the food is ready. Feel at home," Fred said, following his wife.
I don't know if I'm just the one who noticed, but he became distant towards me. He's not really like that, or maybe he's changed already because he's now married and they will have a child soon.
They told us that Haraya was three weeks pregnant.
But I can't stop thinking about why he seems to be avoiding me.
After some minutes, we were already here at the dining table, eating some pasta dishes that Haraya had made for us. She's kind and works as a teacher at an academy.
