Pain… Terror...

Those were what I felt immediately when the blindfold was pulled off my eyes. I couldn't register where I was immediately. When I tried speaking, my parched throat didn't let me.

"This is your new room. It's where suits inferiors like you." An emotionless voice said. I jerked.

"Ethan? Is that you?" I whispered.

"I'll let this slide, considering the fact that you are now my mate. But the next time you address me so casually will be your doom's day." He growled, and turned on the lights.

I looked around. I could now see clearly, around the sparsely decorated room.

"This is my room?" I asked in an accepting, rather than questioning manner. 

"Of course. This is the basement. Your poor mate is here to visit, but he'll never find you." And with that, he went up the stairs that led out of the room.
