Raymond’s POV
My stallion seemed to ride with the wind, its hooves almost made no contact with the ground. The wind blew at my face, and I squinted, enjoying the freedom of not being confined on my throne seat for morning meetings.
This morning, a report had arrived for me that Alpha Henrik had found another hideout belonging to the rogues.
After the attack yesterday, the rogues seemed to have lost their coordinates, and it became easier to get them.
For this, I had Madison to thank. If not for her, it would not have been this easy.
Ever since Madison had arrived, things had been falling in place for me and every so often, I would feel like she was my lucky star.
Thinking of her, a smile graced my lips and I found that I seemed to be missing her. Even though we’ve only parted for a mere few hours, I felt as if I had not seen her for a century.
