Myles POV

I took my time in the bathroom bathing, but also thinking about a whole lotta things. Things that were happening, things that could happen and also a whole bunch of things that were not even supposed to happen.

Serena’s warm embrace and her perfume kept playing back into my mind and that wasn’t all. Every time her thoughts slid back into my head came the fact that I actually loved that feeling! I loved it when she hugged me, when she whispered in my ear and when she smiled at me.. Geeez.. what was wrong with me?!

I stood silently with both hands on the wall and my head bowed while streams of hot water washed over me. I had been standing in that position for minutes without moving a muscle, and even though I stood perfectly still, my mind was still racing wildly with thought after thought slithering into my mind.
