I tried not to cry in front of Rodney but I just can’t help the tears running down on my cheeks. He was sitting on the mini table in front of me while I was sitting on the sofa.

“I’m sorry, I didn’t know and why are you telling me that just now? you should have called me,” he said frustratedly.

“I was going to surprise you but it looks like I’m the one who got surprised instead and what’s that?! you pointed a gun on me earlier?! and swearing that you will kill me?!” I said while crying so heavily.

“Stop crying for Pete’s sake! I don’t mean it okay, it’s the only way for Royce to speak but I will not gonna kill you, love,” he said while gazing at me with those charming sets of brown eyes again.

“Come on, curse at me, hit me if you want, I will not defend myself,” he said and held my hands.
