Chapter 125. Chaos

Issahil's POV

“Wolvesbane!” Guardian wolf Nick exclaimed just as I felt it on my skin, a sizzling and searing pain as it burnt my flesh. 

The walls of the house weren't bulletproof so the silver bullets fired caved through but the guardian wolves were quick to stop them from hitting us or the babies. 

“Are you people crazy! You will hurt the babies!” Caleb bellowed, moving to stand near the door, peeping out. “How did they even get so many arms? That guard! Damn him!”

The first crash came suddenly, a window shattering as a makeshift axe breached the front wall. The mob poured in, brandishing guns and crude weapons. 

Caleb shapeshifted, howling and together with Lilith, they jumped up, caving the roof open and attacking those outside, stopping them from all rushing in. 

“Do not hurt them please!” My father exclaimed as he also shapeshifted and dashed up the roof with the others.
