Issahil's POV

[Flashback continues]

I was still in his arms when I woke up the next morning. I turned to look at his peaceful sleeping face. My heart was pounding so hard, I thought it would explode any moment. 

How was I in the arms of someone this handsome? The more I thought about it, the more I bubbled with excitement.

I dared to touch his face, my hand tracing his thick eyebrows, and then my hand trailed downwards to touch his nose, and then his lips.

He stirred awake and his eyes fluttered open. I panicked, retreating my hand but he grabbed it, and then brought it to his lips, tenderly kissing my knuckles. 

I shuddered involuntarily. His touch and kisses always seemed to provoke such a reaction from me.

“Sleep some more Issa, I kept you up all night.”
