Chapter 14. The Seductress

“Is there any place you’d like to visit before we return to the apartment? We still have plenty of time on this holiday before we have to go back to work tomorrow,” offered Samuel.

Hearing the offer, Aleah thought for a moment and then looked at Samuel with a little hesitation. “If I just want to go see a film at the cinema, would you be willing to accompany me?”

Samuel smiled warmly then stretched out his hand to gently stroke Aleah’s cheek.

“Of course. I’ll be happy to go wherever you want. So, what movie do you want to watch?”

Affectionately, Samuel put his arm around Aleah’s shoulder to enter an Italian restaurant and invited her to sit at one of the tables.

“Just watch a horror film,” said Aleah. And Samuel immediately agreed.

“Then you order the tickets online first. I’ll go order food,” said Samuel as he handed his cell phone to Aleah.
