I reached for the man’s arm through the bars of the cell and wrapped my hand around his wound. I felt so icky and uncomfortable because I could feel his warm blood. In a quick second, a bright light shone with such an intensity that no one dared to look.
A coldness and weird sensation filled my palms and I inhaled sharply. Then it all stopped. The light was now gone, but that was not the only that was. When I removed my hand from the beta’s arm, all the blood was gone. And most of all, the cut had vanished as if it was not even there.
“Oh sh*t,” The beta mumbled. “Oh, sh*t, Oh, sh*t.” He laughed in amazement.
