Levi chuckled in disbelief. “You seriously hate her that much? You hate her to the point that would let her be killed by an angry mob that you stirred?” He asked Selena. 

“I don’t hate her,” Selena paced the room slowly. “If there is a stronger word for hate, that would be the word you’re looking for. I loathe her. And…I did not stir a mob.” 

Ace was not feeling okay. He did not like that Selena was willing to let Clary die. He knew that her feelings were justified in a way, but that still did not mean that that was okay. 

“Are we seriously going to get into that right now?” Mr. Clark finally spoke since he saw Clary. “You all are acting like a bunch of kids. First of all, Selena, you had no right to go on national TV and say all that.” 

Selena scoffed. “Um, I kinda did. I have every right to say whatever the hell I want to say to the pack. I have the right to inform them of something important that has been going on in the pack.”
