Let it go," she replied coldly. "If he wants to go, it's none of my business."  

"But what about Calvin, Miss?" Devano tried to remind her. "Calvin is very attached to his father. If Mr. Nico leaves, it will destroy him."  

Celine gritted her teeth, trying to hold back the emotions that were beginning to simmer. "Calvin will be fine. I'm his mother. I can handle this on my own."  

However, in her heart, Celine knew that Calvin would not easily forget his father. And although she didn't want to admit it, the image of Nico far away made her feel empty.

In a Luxury Restaurant

Gabriel, the man who would become Celine's husband tomorrow, sat at a corner table with a young woman in a red dress. They were chuckling, talking in low voices, as if they were hiding something. Nicolas, who was delivering documents for an odd job in the same building, accidentally saw Gabriel from a distance.  

At first, Nicola
