The afternoon had been chaos. Rachel had put some information in Hope's report that was not to be disclosed, and I received many phone calls and had to give several explanations, plus they had requested all her complete information from me. I had already ignored the request for blood and skills tests for Hope and now this.

I tried to dust her down as best I could, but it was easier with this information in the system, so they would soon stop asking why Hope was so good at what she was, aside from the fact that she has been training since she was five years old.
