I nodded, feeling more lost than ever. As I walked away, I could not shudder the feeling that I was not good enough. Not worthy of love and to be loved. What was my true worth? And how could I possibly show it to a man who seemed determined to break me?

Days turned into weeks, and I continued to observe the growing bond between Liam and Clara. She had become so closer to him than any omega in this pack had been.
