Chapter 88

Maxine’s POV

He grabbed my shirt and began to tear it. I couldn't let him do this to me. Turning my head, I bit his hand until I tasted blood.

He cried out in pain. I quickly pushed him with all my strength and got to my feet. I ran towards the door. He got me before I could even reach there.

He pushed me to the ground and pinned me once again. This time he slapped me. The force caused my ear to ring and I was dazed for a few seconds.

"You'll be sorry you did that." He growled at me before he started to undo the buckle of his belt.

Help!!!

Alpha Gerald wanted to have his way with me. I cried and struggled. This was the wrong day to wear a skirt. This was the wrong day, period.

I closed my eyes, begging the moon goddess to save me. My door opened and I peeled my eyes open in time to see the Alpha's right-hand man walking into my house.

He grabbed Alpha Gerald by the shoulders and lifted him off of me, pushing him away.
