From Dragon’s Place, Kate informed her landlady that she would transfer to another boardinghouse to share a room with her cousins who lived nearby. Aunt Jiji agreed and told her to visit anytime and she was glad that she could still visit them.

The following day, Erlin and Mary went job hunting together while she reported to her new job as an accounting clerk in a paper manufacturing company somewhere downtown.
