It's been a few minutes but I'm still not hooked from where I'm standing. How did it happen that the man in front of me was the one who was going to kill me by consent? I thought of just returning the money but he might sue me.

"I don't understand why you need to rent even though you have a house," I told him.

"I want to be independent," he answered.

My eyes narrowed as I studied what he said because I think there was another reason.

"Use a different name," I began as I intended to cancel our arrangement.

"No, ah. Didn't you read that note there that he's booking for a friend?"

"No," I admitted.

"I guess you had second thoughts when I was probably the one who availed your extra room," he said.

"Why don't I know you?"

The man laughed and when I looked at him, I said just noticed that her tongue has an earring. Is that new or I just didn't notice it before? While I was staring at his tongue, my mind immediately flew away and I was embarra
