Chapter 10

Dominic Sanchez shook the hand of the real estate agent and looked at the house he had just bought. The house was a two-story building, painted with lavender and cream color. There were flower beds on either side of the walkway and a verandah filled with flowers of different types and colors. There was a camouflage stairway at the left wings of the house which led to nowhere but a small pool behind the house. The twists the architecture had done with the camouflage stairs were brilliant though. Every detail of the house had been beautifully planned. It was the reason he had fallen in love with the house the first time he saw it. He waved the agent away as his phone rang. He picked up the call when he saw that it was from his assistant. He listened aptly as the man explained the latest situation on the ground to him.
