Blessing sat in the restaurant that she was supposed to meet Chris at, he was not yet there but she was not exactly bothered. Too many things had happened to her in her twenty years of existence on this planet and she needed to know if any of it was even real or if this was just some colossal joke, because she definitely was not laughing.

Someone sat in front of her and brought her attention back to the present. The cup of tea she ordered on impulse was long forgotten, ever since she got home last night every meal was beginning to taste like sand. She needed answers fast.

Chris was looking good in her opinion, the years favored him and the little crush she had on him awakened at the sight of him in her front but she had to remind herself the reason she was where she was right now.
