Chapter 82

Rose’s POV

Making my way to the bathroom wasn’t much of a deal. I walked into the bathroom, and they stayed at the far end of the room because no one was allowed to be that close to me in the bathroom.

As I paced the bathroom, I thought about what I was going to do to get away from the guards without raising the alarm.

I checked the bathroom windows, as we were on the ground floor, scaling it was very easy. Up and over I went, landing softly on the grass on the other side.

I walked quickly, taking the turn at the other side. I walked into the palace from the backdoor, and I bumped into someone.

“Oh, well. Who do we have here?” the voice said. It was Miraelle. Oh Selena, no! I didn’t have time for this distraction. I had to get to the medical bay and the library, and I didn’t even have any time to waste.
