Eleanor's POV

It felt good to meet someone nice to me when I woke up from my sleep. It suddenly made me remember Laura.

My eyes glistened with tears as I remembered how gruesomely she had died in that forest.

I felt the doctor's hands on mine, squeezing lightly with a faint smile on her face. "It's okay, your highness" she mumbled, making me blink.

What the hell? Your highness? The sound of it alone made me laugh inwardly. My life wasn't a normal one from the onset but I never imagined the Wolfless omega being referred to Your highness overnight. It felt like a dream. A sweet nightmare.

"Would you like to take a walk around?" She asked and I hesitated for a minute before nodding in approval.

"Yeah, I'd love to" I replied gently. She stretched out her hand to help me up and I placed mine on hers happily.

She placed my shoes right in front of me and I put them on hurriedly then muttered a 'thanks'

"Shall we?" She asked, earning a smile from me
