King Derek's POV

It was stressful going through maps for more security against Ethan and the Crystal Pack 

Snow left my study almost immediately after getting my permission. I thought of clearing my mind for some time at the field.

It seems like Eleanor would be much better without seeing me for now.

I strolled to the field after picking my sword from the cabinet beside my desk. I have three different swords from the best craftsman in the entire universe and only I could use it.

Other swordsmen tried using the swords but they ended up losing their arms or even their lives.

The last Lycan king, my father had stayed clear of the swords and made it a legendary object but I broke that record and used the sword at the age of 12.

But no one else has ever succeeded in using it ever since. If you ask me, I actually don't know the secret behind it but it should all be over after lifting Araceli's curse on Moonlight pack.
