Alpha Ethan's POV

I paced around the house rapidly with my hands clenched into a fist. My eyes wide opened, and my lips pressed against each other. My breath was heavy and unsettled. I inhaled and exhaled rapidly as I was running out of breath. I clenched my teeth as if I were trying to crush a thing in my mouth. 

How can King Derek win again? I have tried so hard to make him a loser, but it seems each time I try, I end up being the loser. I hit the wall with my fist and yelled out of anger. I stood there momentarily as thoughts continued to fill my mind. This was not how I planned this. Why was everything not going according to my plan? I wondered.
