“Your guest?” I laughed heartily, tossing my head back. Then, my expression shifted to one of seriousness as I glared at her. “You’re entertaining a guest in your room, wearing nothing but a small towel?”
She couldn’t lie to my face, as I had experienced a similar situation before.
“Oh, really?” she retorted with a sneer, folding her arms across her chest. “Just like the incident the other day.”
“What?”
“Oh, don’t even try to deny it, sweetie. I saw you…” she said, laughing loudly and waving her hand dismissively as she headed to the kitchen, leaving me in a state of shock. She had seen me with Enzo, yet she remained silent. She didn’t confront me about it at all.
