Summer POV
“You’ve been looking at the ring every second. Is there something wrong with it?” Ezra asked.
He was right, I hadn’t stopped looking at it. It was gorgeous last night but when the sun came up and seeped into our room, it was breath-taking! The diamond resembled a misty forest with eerie branches reaching out of the mist.
It was the nicest thing I’d ever gotten, and I couldn’t believe it was mine. When did he get it? I couldn’t believe he had such nice taste.
“Are you kidding? It’s beautiful. Who helped you pick it out? Be honest.”
He grinned. “I picked it on my own. I wanted something as unique as the woman I’m going to marry.”
Heat rushed to my cheeks. “You have wonderful taste. Are we really getting married in two weeks?”
Ezra sat and stretched out his arms. “I want to make it official as soon as possible. I would have married you last night but our ceremony has to be witnessed by everyone.”
