Chapter 75. The Dark Bargain

“My prince!” was the last thing he heard. The next moment, he travelled out of his body, wandering into the dark dimensions, void of anything living. It was not complete darkness, but there was barely any light, and so he struggled to make out things as he wandered in further.

Their story was taught to them as children. The moon goddess had a lover. His name was Doom, and he was just like her. For millions of years, they both ruled together in love until they both created supernatural beings on earth. The attention of the moon goddess shifted from her lover, Doom, to her children, and Doom grew resentful, hating all they had created together and wanting nothing from it.

He then created Mischief and planted his immortal seed in her so that they would live together. The moon goddess found out what he had done and felt hurt and betrayed. She banished him from Life Beyond with the new creature he made wife.

Doom then created the Dark Dimensions as their new settlement
