Caden had been keeping his promise. And even though my parents were all aware of what happened to Einsworth Manor, which was the place I chose to stay rather than the Sidney Mansion, my mate made sure one hundred percent that our secrets would be safe away from my family.

But I was not certain we could hide that from my sister for too long. Gretta was already suspicious that there was something between Caden and me. It would be a matter of time until she knew she already had a niece named Catherine Einsworth and the little baby was still missing.
