Gabriel glared at Mark's lower back and tried to wrap his thought round what had simply happened. He had to cobble together a plan.
He'd anticipated discipline. He'd expected humiliation. He'd been prepared to humble himself and take delivery of anything was wanted to keep his role inside the clans.
