I push the door open and step into the room, my eyes catch the lady on the bed and I let out a little smirk. There she is, the one who almost sent me to jail. I have spent the past weeks trying to maneuver my way out of police custody. Yes, they found evidence against me but it was not enough to throw me in prison and that’s why I am still here. Now she is the one on the hospital bed and she even had the guts to call me to come see her.
