Nicholas’s POV

A light groan leaves my lips as I close the document I am reading and I press my back against the chair.

It’s been like two weeks since the divorce saga and all I can say is Natalia is settling in well but the workload is a bit too much.

When Michelle was around, she helped me take care of the pack house while I focused on work and now because of Natalia’s pregnancy, I told her not to work and always rest.

I scoff; am I actually thinking about Michelle right now? She is part of my past and I am going to make sure she remains there.

My thoughts are cut off when the door opens and Natalia saunters into the study dressed to kill as usual. She never missed a chance to impress me with her perfect body and she has her hair pulled up in the hairstyle that I love the most.

“You are still working?” She asks as she walks up to me, “it’s already late”

“I just have to finish up with these documents” I tell her, “maybe in like thirt
