Chapter 23

Keila's POV

Someone hit me with a pillow while I was sleeping soundly in my bed. I woke up and sat up. Cloud was standing in front of me, and he was looking at me with a grumpy face.

"Why?" I will ask.

"Kean is waiting for you downstairs." My eyes widened.

I immediately got off the bed and went to the bathroom. "Please say I'll just take a shower!"

"Okay," Cloud replied sparingly.

While I was soaping my body, I suddenly stopped. Is everything I heard and saw correct? Cloud woke me up because Kean was waiting for me downstairs. what? "Is this a dream?" I slapped myself, but I was also hurt. "Shocks, it's true. He's not angry. Is he sick?" I still can't believe it.

I hurried up my shower and dressing. I immediately went downstairs and looked for Cloud, but Mama said that he had already left. psh. When I want to talk to him, he is not there. Did he know I was going to ask him about Kean, so he left suddenly?
