Chapter 28
Keila's POV
It's been three days. Kean didn't come in for three days, and I didn't see him for three days. During those three days, I always felt like something was missing. No one stretches pick-up lines for me in the morning; no one picks me up every morning at home; and no one saves me when I'm in danger. There are no aliens who make fun of me. It's really refreshing.
I was just staring at the window of our room. My brain is floating. First because of Kean, and second because of my papa. Mama will set up a family dinner for the four of us at home tomorrow night. Maybe it's time for me to face him. After all, he is still my father, and I still have to give him a chance in my life, even though I know he has another family.
Mama and I are also on good terms.
