Chapter 26. A Pissed Off Aria

Aria’s breath hitched, her eyes widened as she scrambled back in shock.

Her heart raced so fast that she could hear the pounding in her ears. Her panicked gaze shifted into one of bewilderment as she stared at the shifting form of the werewolf standing in front of her.

Where once stood a large black wolf, now stood a tall woman with silver eyes cloaked in shadows and leather armor.

Lady Riley Vine.

Alpha Alder’s mate chuckled as she watched Aria scramble to her feet in shock.

Aria’s breath hitched as fury began rising up within her.

Of course, it was Riley.

Aria’s pulse was still racing, but she was far calmer than she had initially been now that she knew who the wolf was.
