The tension in the room was at its peak at this point in time. It was funny; I only knew them by their first names but had no idea of their last names. It sparked a thought in my mind: he was the author of the book “The Gambler”; was he the gambler? The book was written so perfectly, and I could swear that it was one of the best books I had ever seen. I wished the human world would see that piece of art.
I decided to be brave and ask him, “Who was the gambler you illustrated so perfectly? Was it you?”
“That is enough!” the king interrupted us, and Luke turned to his father and said, “As you wish, father,” as he began walking away from the throne room.
“Are you walking out on me?” his father asked in a loud, angry voice. Luke stopped but did not turn and then walked out.
His father was in a rage; then his mother said, “Take it easy on my son!”
His father, the king, looked at his wife and said to her, “You have made Luke who he is today.”
