Chapter 14. It’s All Done

‘I hate you’ That one sentence keeps repeating itself in Lucien’s mind as he stands there unable to move.

He had been standing there for quite a while now since Juliet left him in the garden.

He could still see the anger in her face as she spat those hurtful words. He can’t remove that face from his mind as he feels like his heart is breaking over and over again just by seeing that face.

Could she?

Could she really hate him?

He wonders as his heart tugs painfully in his chest.

Did Juliet really mean all she just said or did she say all that in a fit of rage?

He runs his hands through his thick hair and sighs.

His love for Juliet is certainly going to drive him crazy one day.

He doesn’t know what to do as he stands there looking at the door Juliet’s body had disappeared into minutes ago.
