Chapter 32
"Kyle, you idiot." Jeremy muttered under his breath, frantically as he fished out his phone. Thankfully, it was still intact.
The phone rang and there was no response.
"Come on, Mandy." He groaned. "Pick up."
Away from the Blake r sid nce, Mandy lay on her bed in front of her laptop making a video call with her old friend, May. She had her ears covered with earbuds connected to the laptop while she communicated. She rolled her eyes and shook her head from time to time as she listened to her friend jabber away. It had been a while they last spoke and it was only twice they had communicated since she had moved to Georgia.
