Chapter 21. Lust Like Love

Kate's POV

"Who sent you, please?" I started getting scared, thinking Catherine had sent him to harm me.

This man would just kill me with his thumb hitting any part of me. "Me and Matt have nothing to do. We don't love each other, please let me go," I cried out, sobbing and walking backward slowly. I tried to flee from him.

"Don't attempt to move any step further," he warned, inserting his hand in his long black coat and pulling a shotgun. "Kate, walk straight up to me. You are not my target. It's me, Antonio. Don't look back, just walk up to me," he confirmed and changed his gaze above my head.

When I turned, it was a different man, dressed the same way as Antonio.

"Don't touch her, I swear I am going to blow your fucken skull outta ya fucken neck!" Antonio warned the unknown man dressed just like him. "Let's go now, Matt wants to see you, please."
