Chapter 28. My Love for You

“What happened?” Jasmine asked with a concerned look on her face.

Seeing Max lying on the floor in his blood scared the hell out of Jasmine. The fear of losing is worst than any fear she has ever had.

Jasmine had no idea of what has happened within the past few minutes. Max was losing his breath and becoming weaker as a result of the injury he sustained from the demon’s blade.

Before Max was separated from Jasmine with an energy blast, he was able to see what he must do to free Jasmine from the control of the serpent goddess. He went deep into Jasmine’s memory when she sat down in the library of doom and read about the serpent goddess.
