Chapter 32. The Kissing. Succubus

PRESENT TIME: AT THE LAND OF THE DEAD

“Jasmine!” Max yelled.

It’s been over 45 minutes since he last saw Jasmine before Osai disappeared with her into a red smoke. He’s left alone with nowhere in mind to go or even what to do.

For the past few minutes, he has been yelling for his wife’s name. No sign of Jasmine and no sign of Osai.

“Jasmine!”

The yelling continued as he kept looking around desperately in search of his beloved wife. He sounded like a broken desperate man. If the land of the dead was a nightmare, this was the worst part of his nightmare.

He’s left alone in the middle of nowhere. There’s nothing much he could do. Osai must have taken Jasmine far away from him and he couldn’t set his eyes on his beloved wife. Perhaps Osai was certain that this could leave Max broken. After all, he aims to do the bidding of Lucifer for bringing him back to the land of the dead.
