Chapter 8. Stranger Danger
This couldn’t be real, could it? It was just all in her head. That was really not a strange man, that was Zac. It had to be. Her mind was just playing tricks on her, at least that was what she tried to tell herself.
The man closed the fridge and then turned fully to her. He was tall, maybe 6’1. He was very attractive and fit too. She could see how toned and defined his muscles were by just looking at the compression shirt that he was wearing.
She could even see his abs. The longer she looked at this guy, the more she realized that she was not hallucinating; her mind was surely not playing tricks on her. There was an actual stranger in her house.
She swallowed hard and took a few steps back. “Who are you?” Her voice barely came out, it was strained
