Seven’s POV

I would have to speak to Sean. This house was too empty. I needed something to occupy my mind with. I couldn’t just stay here alone without a known date of when he was going to be here.

Sean promised that he would be here to guide me and make sure I didn’t need to do this on my own, but he wasn’t here, and I was getting pissed off.

If he wasn’t going to be here, then there was no point in being here alone. I would have to go back and then come back when he was ready to be here with me.

He told me we were going to do this together. He had to be here for it to work.

“Sean?” I asked the moment he picked up.

He usually took time before he picked up my call. He had already told me that I shouldn’t call him in case eyes were watching me.

I didn’t care about that. I wanted to speak to him. I was in our home. Who would want to watch me to that extent? That wasn’t right in any way.

“Why are you calling me?” he asked.
