Chapter 36
Shantelle’s POV
I was back from Keshon’s place. I wanted to sleep and get the fact that I almost bitched with my best friend about a boy that I was crushing on and didn’t even have any idea if he wanted me or not.
My parents were in the living room. I wished I called Reginald before coming so he could open the garage doors for me.
That meant I didn’t need to see them or have any conversation with them. It was unavoidable now.
“Hi, Papa, hi, Mama,” I called out, leaving them by the sitting room, trying my best to avoid any confrontations from my mama or papa. They tend to always want to talk to me, but I didn’t have time for that now.
I needed rest, I needed to think, and I wouldn’t be able to do that when they wouldn’t allow me to go to my room.
I needed the comfort of my room.
