Chapter 12. Drama at His House

Victoria completely ignored his remark and walked on towards his car. Ryan followed her with a wicked gleam in his eyes as he watched her all the way. They climbed into the car and Ryan drove towards his house. 

"Ignore me as much as you can now," he chuckled, while Victoria looked out of the window.

"I'm not ignoring you," she told him. Ryan grinned.

"Really? Then what are you doing? Dreaming of spending the night with me?" he asked with a chuckle.

"Why should I need to dream about you? I have better things to do," scoffed Victoria, although she knew that she'd been doing exactly that. Ever since Ryan had dropped that bombshell, all she could think about was spending the night with Ryan. 

His phone buzzed with an incoming call from his mom. "Mom's gone crazy today," said Ryan with an eye roll. He steered the car off the road and parked his car before accepting his mom's call.
