Chapter 16. Sharing a Tent with Him

Ryan quickly came to his senses and winked at her. "Why did you have to look? That wasn't fair, " complained Victoria as he came to sit beside her inside the camp. Ryan grinned cheerily, his eyes glittering under the moonlight.

"I will anyway, so what difference does it make?" he asked, staring deeply into her eyes. Victoria's eyes widened as she took in the implication of his words. Would he make love to her tonight?

"Not tonight," said Ryan with a chuckle. Victoria blushed at the roots of her hair. How did he know what was going on in her mind?

"Let's get our bed ready, shall we?" asked Ryan, zipping up the tent close and rolling out his sleeping bag in the middle. Victoria didn't know when he had dumped his sleeping bag here inside her tent. It meant that he had planned to sleep with her all the time despite what he had said earlier. She climbed in and sank into its warm comforts.
