Chapter 23. Rejecting Chris's Proposal

"Stop, Ryan," she yelled, plunging at him, only to be pulled away by Mila at the last minute.

"Have you gone crazy, Vicky? You'll get hurt if you go to stop them," scolded Dana. "I'll call Dylan," she said, rushing inside. After a minute, Dylan came rushing back outside but instead of stopping the fight, he too joined in to support Ryan against Chris.

"Why are you guys fighting?" yelled Victoria, but they weren't at all listening as they were busy yelling obscenities at each other. 

"You don't know what happened?" whispered Mila. Victoria looked at her and shook her head. 

"Chris was planning to propose to you tonight. He wants you to be his girlfriend. Ryan overheard him talking to Ben, and he charged him," informed Mila. Victoria gaped at her, her mouth wide open with shock. So they were fighting because of her!
