Chapter 10. Just to See Her

Finally, the month passed by like a whirlwind. Nate didn’t get a chance to talk to Alexis, who seemed to avoid him after the face-off the last time they met. With only five days left before the wedding, the whole family reached the wedding venue to enjoy the rest of the days together in true Taylor style! They gave Victoria a very enjoyable bridal shower party and loaded her with gifts. Their friends, as well as Victoria’s family, graced the occasion to make it a success. “Isn’t Drake coming?” a worried Ryan asked Stuart, who had a talk with Drake last. 

“No, he has his assessments coming up. So he refused,” sighed Stuart. 

“I have a feeling that he still hasn’t been able to move on,” said Ryan with a sigh.
