Chapter 112. Homecoming
“Ouch! That hurts,” Carter grunts as Lara helps him to his feet.
“What? I just needed the right motivation, and you, my friend, gave it to me,” she shrugs, her eyes gleaming with mischief.
“Glad I could help, but those hits were personal, weren’t they?” He says, wincing as the pain courses through his body. His surprise is evident; how she managed to transform him back into a human remains a mystery, something almost impossible for someone who just discovered her wolf.
