Chapter 19. Irresistible

ISABELLA’S POV

Valencia got back here an hour later with all of her things and to say this girl has a lot of things would be an understatement.

“I don’t understand why you brought all that. Your stay here isn’t permanent.” Dante says as he shows Valencia to a guest room. She turns on her heel and offers him one of her signature scowls.

“I know you still live in your cave man era but some of us actually need a lot of utilities to survive.” She argues.

“You’re just extravagant.” Dante says walking past her to open the guest room. He still has a frown on his face and something tells me he hasn’t stopped suspecting Valencia. The only reason he’s giving her the benefit of the doubt is because she’s Marco’s girlfriend.

“Okay great. I know where my room is. Now can I see Marco?” Valencia says, an eager look on her face and I look to Dante with a raise of my brow.
