Selena had to excuse herself, she was trying so hard not to cry in front of the workers. She didn’t want to be the stereotypical girl who would bawl her eyes out and have a nervous breakdown all because of a rejection.

But the truth here was that she was. She wanted to tear her heart out of her chest, it was aching so much. She wanted to just scream at the top of her lungs. Or maybe even punch a wall.
