Chapter 92. Some Dirt

Back with Selena, she was still in the hospital room, her heart thumping in her chest. She knew that refusing to do what the doctor suggested would get either her or Cassie into trouble, and she didn’t want any of that. Getting caught with wolfsbane was a serious crime; it could even be punishable by banishment from the pack, or a lifetime behind bars. And again, she didn’t want any of that.

So she decided to do what the guy asked. All he wanted was some dirt on the Alpha, right? She didn’t have to give him something that would completely ruin the guy’s life. She could just give him something that seemed interesting enough.
